Creator lock
Creator lock: pendingPlanned: all 33 million SLOPT fully locked for 3 calendar months, then released linearly over the following 12 calendar months. No upfront release and no lump-sum catch-up at the end of the lock. Sender and recipient cancellation and transfer permissions are intended to be disabled.
No funded lock contract or finalized funding receipt has been verified. Exact release dates and contract permissions will be published after funding and verification. These are planned terms, not a claim that the tokens are already locked.
A lock restricts its deposited tokens. It does not guarantee the token’s price, liquidity or future conduct.
Where operating revenue goes
- Verified expenses and refunds first. Image generation, APIs, hosting and other documented project costs are reconciled before profit.
- Keep a 30-day operating reserve. Use the greater of the normalized actual-cost run rate and the approved complete forecast for the next 30 days.
- Remaining realized profit goes to Tae, the owner. Creator tokens are separate from operating revenue. Owner deposits and unsold tokens are not profit.
There is no mandatory SLOPT buyback or burn. Expense records and the all-in operating forecast are still being reconciled; no owner distribution is being represented here as calculated or paid.
SLOPT paid images are not active. The planned price is 1 USDC per image, all to operations, plus the customer’s network fee. The operations payment wallet and refund-support process still need to be published and verified before checkout opens.
AISLOP stays separate
Existing AISLOP remains a separate token. There is no migration, conversion or airdrop between AISLOP and SLOPT. The current Machine checkout still uses AISLOP at $0.50 per image: 70% burns and 30% goes to operations. Its burn receipts are legacy AISLOP records.

Historical posts and receipts keep their original token addresses. They are not evidence of a SLOPT payment or lock.
